He founded BitSherpa after seeing vendor support decline and organizations rely on an increasing number of providers, making it more difficult to effectively manage a growing partner ecosystem.
Today, he serves as an independent, vendor-agnostic advisor focused on reducing complexity, improving decision quality, and optimizing technology spend.
